The Parliament of New Zealand enacts as follows: 1 Title (1) This Act is the Biosecurity Amendment Act (No 2) 2003. (2) In this Act, the Biosecurity Act 1993 1993 No 95 is called "the principal Act". 2 Commencement This Act comes into force on 30 October 2003. . . . . .
