                             Proposed amendments

Hon Jim Anderton, in Committee, to move the following amendments:

Clause 10: new section 26(4)
To omit "over" (line 17 on page 8) and substitute "at".

Clause 14: new section 29A
Cross-heading before new section 29A: to omit "over" (line 8 on page 10) and 
substitute "at".

Heading to new section 29A: to omit "over" (line 9 on page 10) and substitute 
"at".

Subsection (1): to omit "over" (line 10 on page 10) and substitute "at".

Subsection (2): to omit "over" (line 15 on page 10) and substitute "at".

Subsection (7): to omit "over" (line 13 on page 11) and substitute "at".


                              Explanatory Note

This Supplementary Order Paper makes a minor drafting amendment to clauses 10 
and 14 of the Dairy Industry Restructuring Amendment Bill (No 2). The 
amendments omit "over" and substitute "at" in the phrase "trade over the normal 
tariff".
